Novel N-acyldipeptides of formula I <CHEM> wherein R represents a rest of formula <CHEM> and R4, Y, m, n and Z have the meaning as defined in the description, R1 represents hydrogen, a 1-10C alkyl, an optionally substituted methyl or benzyl, R2 represents a-CO-A group, wherein A has the meanings as defined in the description, R3 represents a -(CH2)p-CO-W group, wherein p and W have the meaning as defined in the description, are obtained by reacting a) a carboxylic acid II R-COOH II with a dipeptide III <CHEM> b) an acid chloride IV R - CO - Cl IV with a dipeptide III <CHEM> c) a carboxylic acid II R-COOH II with an amino acid V <CHEM> to a compound VI <CHEM> which is reacted with an amino acid VII <CHEM> d) an acid chloride IV R - CO - Cl IV with an amino acid V <CHEM> to a compound VI <CHEM> which is reacted with an amino acid VII <CHEM> wherein the substituents , R, R1, R2 and R3 have the meaning as defined in the description. Compounds of formula I possess immunomodulatory and antitumoral activities. |
