abstract |
A method for producing a dynamically resilient, cross-linkable composite material from an elastomer matrix with an embedded reinforcement layer made of textile fabric is described. Before embedding in the elastomer matrix, the fabric is prepared with an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resin and latex and dried. An adhesion promoter layer made of a crosslinkable, polar rubber present in organic solution is applied to the dried fabric. The dried fabric provided with the adhesive layer is rubberized with a thin layer of rubber mixture and embedded in the elastomer matrix. In order to create a composite material that guarantees good adhesion between the reinforcement layer and the elastomer matrix, even with high alternating bending loads, an organic solution made of toluene is used to apply the adhesive layer, which contains chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) as a cross-linkable, polar rubber. |
