The invention relates to a photoactivation nucleoside comprising a fraction of coumarin linked by its phenyl ring at position 1 of a fraction of ribose or deoxyribose sugar. The nucleoside analog thus obtained is usually used as a photocrosslinking group, when it is inserted into a polynucleotide serving as a replacement element for one or more bases of complementary nucleosides, present in a probe used in an analysis of hybridization. |
