abstract |
The invention relates to a method and a kit for determining the presence or absence of plant pathogens in a soil sample. Said method consists in concentrating a pathogenic germ component obtained from the sample, in splitting the components in order to release an antigen of said pathogenic germ, in bringing the split sample into contact with an antibody having specificity with respect to said pathogenic germ, and to observe the presence or absence of reaction between the antigen and the antibody. |
