abstract | In the housing of a ball pump 10 shown in longitudinal section in FIG. 3, a sleeve 16 with a working space 15 is rotatably mounted about the longitudinal axis 30 of the housing. In this working space 15, a swash plate 21 is supported, which is supported by a bearing pin 26 on a rotatably mounted bearing part 19. This swash plate 21 is driven by a drive shaft 25 and a partition 22 arranged thereon, on both sides of which there are chambers 53 and 54 which cooperate with chambers 55 and 56 located on the other side of the swash plate 21 and via channels 51 and 52 with in the inlet or outlet openings 49 and 50 located in the housing 9 are connected. By turning the sleeve 16 and the bearing part 19, the angle between the longitudinal axis 30 of the housing and the longitudinal axis 32 of the journal 26 can be changed such that the volumes of the chambers 53 to 56 and thus the delivery rate of the ball pump 10 also change. |
