abstract |
A method for culturing cells which produce materials and identifying said produced materials is described, characterized in that the cells are cultured on the surface of a certain amount of growth medium, which surface has been divided into several growth zones corresponding to the quantity of culture medium available to the cells, so that the latter reach the metabolic stage favorable to the production of said materials. These are then identified by an in situ screening process. |
