METHOD FOR SCREENING FOR MALIGNANT DISEASES. |
abstract |
In order to detect malignant diseases, a sample of an organic fluid is incubated with at least two receptors R1 and R2, a change in signal being caused by the binding of at least the receptors R1 and R2 with the substance to be detected in the test solution. One of the two receptors contains a monoclonal antibody which binds to the amino acid sequence (291 to 335) of cytokeratin and the other receptor contains a monoclonal antibody which binds to the amino acid sequence (346 to 367) of cytokeratin and which determines the signal change caused by binding in the sample. |
