The therapeutic agent comprises a polysaccharide toxin, a GBS toxin, produced by the group B beta-hemolytic Streptococcus bacteria. The GBS agent is in the form of a purified active toxin which can be administered parenterally at an effective dose inhibiting the vascularization.
