abstract | The instrument for handling biopsies and samples consists of a main body (3) whose shape is similar to that of a syringe, a plunger (4), a return means (7) and a contact part (5) with the sample (2). So that the degree of completion of the suction effect caused by the action of the return means (7) does not jeopardize the ejection effect, a micro-channel (8) of calibrated air inlet allows to fill the volume deficit when the sample obstructs the orifice (6) of the suction-ejection channel (10). The ejection of the sample by the air jet can thus take place in all cases from a position of the piston corresponding to the maximum volume. |
