titleOfInvention | Penile erection device |
abstract | A method and system are described for increasing penile erection in a man. An inflatable sleeve (11) is placed circumferentially around the corpora cavernosa (B), the deep dorsal vein (G), and the cavernous veins (J), adjacent to the hilum (H) of a penis. The selective compression of the sleeve (11) will cause the restriction of the venous drainage in order to increase the ends of said sleeve fixed together, and at least one inflatable vesicle (20) is formed on the interior face of the sleeve (11). A pump (13), with a regulating system (14), is dimensioned to be implanted in a scrotum, the pump (13) being able to be selectively compressed to inflate and ensure the fluid pressurization of the vesicle (20) in order to compress the sleeve (11) around the penis. A control circuit, connected between the sleeve (11) and the pump (13), makes it possible to automatically deflate the sleeve (11) after expiration of a predetermined duration. |
