titleOfInvention Method for the non-invasive periodic and / or continuous determination of hemoglobin, arterial oxygen content and hematocrit.
abstract New means and a device make it possible to quantify, in a non-invasive manner, important constituents of the blood. Total hemoglobin, arterial oxygen, hematocrit and other parameters can be quickly and easily determined without the need for skin puncture or lengthy lab tests. The invention makes it possible to simultaneously measure changes in volume and mass of oxyhemoglobin, total hemoglobin or reduced hemoglobin. The data obtained by these measurements are used to quantify the parameters of interest.
