abstract |
In accordance with the invention, there are provided olefin polymerization catalysts comprising [A] a titanium catalyst component containing titanium, magnesium and halogen as its essential ingredients, [B-2] a transition metal compound containing a ligand having a cycloalkadienyl skeleton and an anion compound containing boron, and [C] an organoaluminum oxy-compound and/or [D] an organoaluminum compound. Further, the invention provides an olefin polymerization catalyst comprising (I) a solid catalyst component obtainable by pre-polymerizing an olefin in a suspension containing [A] a titanium catalyst component containing a ligand having a cycloalkadienyl skeleton and an anion compound containing boron, and (II) [C] an organoaluminum oxy-compound and/or [D] an organoaluminum compound. |
