9-fluor-postaglandine derivates are disclosed, having the formula (I), in which R?1 represents the groups (a), (b), COOR?4 or CONHR?5; R?2 and R?3 represent each a hydrogen atom or a free or functionally transformed hydroxy group; X represents a CH2? group, an O or S atom; W is hydrogen, -OR?6, halogen, -CN-, -NO2?, trifluoromethyl or COOR?6, and when R?4 is hydrogen, their salts with physiologically tolerable bases. $g(a)-, $g(b)- or $g(g)-cyclodextrin-clathrates are also disclosed, as well as liposome-encapsulated compounds having the formula (I), their process of production and their pharmaceutical use. |
