abstract |
Organosilane polymers having scouring units of silylene-1,3-butadiyne and / or disilylene-1,3-butadiyne units are prepared in a synthesis carried out in the same crucible from hexachlorobutadiene. Depending on the organic substituents (R and R '), these polymers have useful film-forming properties and are converted into ceramic silicon carbide by heating, with high and very uniform carbonization yields. These polymers can also be stretched to be transformed into fibers. The polymers are thermally crosslinked above 100 ° C. |
