titleOfInvention | POLYMERIC COMPOSITIONS. |
abstract | Polymeric compositions are stabilized to prevent degradation of their molecular weight by including in the composition an inhibitor preferably consisting of a compound not saturated with ethylene. The invention is particularly useful when the polymer is a (meth) acrylamide polymer, in which the level of contamination of the polymer by free (meth) acrylamide monomer is extremely low, and when the LD50 value of the inhibitor is greater than 400. |
