abstract |
The invention relates to polysaccharides from plants of the genus Achyrocline with an anti-inflammatory effect. It has been found that two polysaccharides isolable from achyrocline with respective molecular weights of on average 6,000 to 8,000 D or 13,000 to 17,000 D show excellent antiphologistic or anticomplementary effects in in vitro and in vivo tests. |
