Elements of continuous-fibre-reinforced moulding compositions based on polyamide and rubber, and process for preparing them |
abstract |
1. Components made of continuous fiber-reinforced polyamide molding compounds and rubber and process for their production.n n n 2.1. The aim of the present invention was to provide stiff, but nevertheless elastic and vibration-damping composite bodies in which the individual parts can be firmly connected to one another without the use of adhesion promoters.n n n 2.2. According to the invention, the desired combinations of properties can be realized in components made from at least two firmly bonded molded materials A and B, wherein a) the molding material A from a continuous fiber-reinforced polyamide-containing molding compound and b) the molding material B is the rubber obtained after vulcanization of a rubber composition applied to A and containing a carboxyl- or anhydride group-containing rubber. n n n 2.3. The components are suitable for all applications where a combination of high rigidity and high elasticity is required, such as. B. for side protection elements in vehicle construction or for armor. |
