abstract | The present invention relates to compounds hitherto unknown represented by the formula (I), where R1 represents a hydrogen, a C1-C8-straight or branched, saturated or unsaturated, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, an aryl or an ar-C1-C4-alkyl, the aryl or ar being a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen, a halogen, a pseudo-halogen, a cyano, a nitro, an amino, a carboxy, a carbalkoxy, a carbamyl, a hydroxy, a alkyl, alkoxy; n and m are the same or different and represent an integer between 0 and 6; n cannot be equal to zero when A represents a carboxy and X and Q both represent a bond; X represents a bond or represents O, S, S (O), S (O) 2 or NR8, R8 representing R1 defined above; Q represents a bond or a C1-C6-alkylene with straight or branched chain; A represents an acid group, such as carboxy, 1H-tetrazolyl, a sulfonic acid group, a sulfamyl group, a sulfinic acid group or a hydroxamic acid group. These compounds are useful in human and veterinary medicine as lipoxygenase inhibitors and / or as leukotriene antagonists. |
