The corpuscles consist of a solid, continuous, hydrophobic, biologically inert, water-insoluble matrix which is stable at temperatures below 50°C and which contains at least one hydrophilic, discontinuous phase in which one or more biologically active substances are dispersed, dissolved or are present as a coating thereon. As active substances may a.o. be used EGF (epidermal growth factor) EGF-urogastron, immunoglobulines, antiseptics, antibiotics, antiinflammatory agents, proteolytics and local anaesthetics, heparin and vasodilators. |
