titleOfInvention | Means for supplying gaseous fuel by an apparatus using the combustion of such a gas stored in a liquid condition |
abstract | These means are of the type comprising a flow regulator / evaporator (6) constituted by at least one porous mass disposed between the tank (2) in which the fuel is stored in the liquid phase and the burner (3) with which a device is associated. ignition and which is intended to produce the fuel mixture in the gas phase / combustion air supplying a heat generator in the form of a flame (4) or other combustion mode, and a heat distribution member maintained by this generator (4) at a temperature between two limit values, one operating threshold and the other safety, a closing / opening valve (11) being arranged upstream of the burner (3).n n n On the one hand, the flow regulator / evaporator (6) consists of two porous masses (6a, 6b) whose permeabilities are such that the sum of the pressure drops which they generate is equal to the pressure drop corresponding to the desired flow rate for normal operation of the device and which are separated from each other by a recondensation chamber (7) whose volume corresponds to the amount of fuel necessary for the temperature rise of the distributor device heat (5) to its normal operating temperature, while the porosity of the second mass (6b) or downstream mass is fixed as a function of the fuel flow rate corresponding to the duration desired for this temperature rise and, on the other apart, the valve (11) is arranged between the flow regulator / evaporator (6) and the burner (3). |
