titleOfInvention A process for manufacturing a porous polyether urethane film
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a porous polyether urethane film which may or may not be crosslinked and which is intended to be used as a vulnerable dressing or as part of a vulnerable dressing. Said method consists in spreading a solution of an aliphatic polyether urethane elastomer and of a hygroscopic salt present in an organic solvent on a substrate after a heat treatment, in contacting this substrate as well as the layer placed on it. with an atmosphere containing water vapor, to remove the remaining organic solvent by drying after the colorless layer has taken a white color, to remove the hygroscopic salt by contacting the substrate as well as the white film placed on it with water while separating the film from the substrate, then drying the film.
