The invention relates to a labeling molecule allowing the labeling of a peptide or a protein, or more generally of a compound of peptide or protein nature, characterized in that said labeling molecule comprises: 1) at least one site unsaturated organic, in particular with a carbon unsaturation, such as a triple bond C = C or an aromatic nucleus complexed by an organometallic compound of formula MxLy in which Mx represents one or more possibly different metals and Ly represents one or more ligands possibly different, complexing the metal or metals, and, 2) at least one carboxyl and / or amine function, the carboxyl function being optionally protected or activated and the amine function being optionally protected. The present invention also relates to conjugates comprising the labeling molecule according to the invention, linked to a peptide or a protein via a peptide bond, as well as the use of the conjugates as a tracer in the context assays for in vitro diagnostics, and as imaging agents for in vivo diagnostics. |
