titleOfInvention | PHOTOMETER SPECTROMICROSCOPE. |
abstract | The beam path (17) of a Koehler-type illuminator microscope is at least approximately infinite. An optical transmission grid (12) is arranged in the infinite path of the rays (17) downstream of an optical slit (6) formed on the plane (LF) of the diaphragm for limiting the light field. The zero or first order diffracted images thus generated are selectively reproduced simultaneously or successively on a sensor (13). Evaluation devices connected to the sensor (13) determine the spectral and densitometric distribution of a preselected object (10a). It is thus for example possible to determine at the same time the width and the height of an object from its densitometric distribution and its spectral distribution, respectively. |
