abstract |
Novel NAD-dependent dehydrogenases are described which catalyze the malate $ (1,8) $ oxaloacetate reaction. Enzymes can also be characterized by a low dependence on the presence of 1.6 fractose biphosphate as an activator. The new enzymes may be desired to be obtained from wild type enzymes, for example, IB lactate dehydrogenase. stearothermophilus by site-linked mutagenesis. |
