abstract | The present invention relates to a device for the automatic evisceration of slaughtered animal carcasses. It consists of a combination of, on the one hand, a system for the automatic mechanical distribution and fitting of anal obstructors, and on the other hand, a mobile structure supporting a circular blade for ventral incision (10), a circular saw (3) for progressive penetration into the sternum and for disengaging the entrails (12) from the path of the cutting tools, comprising a set of nozzles (17, 18, 28) projecting water at an adjustable pressure. The device is intended for implementation in a high-speed industrial slaughterhouse. |
