Water treatment device |
abstract |
In order to make the exhaustion of the ion exchanger visible in a device for water treatment using a weakly acidic or weakly basic ion exchanger contained in a tube, whose inlet opening is in the area of one end and whose outlet opening is in the area of the other end, each being formed by a device permeable to liquid but retaining the ion exchanger, a chamber (5), which contains a strongly acidic or strongly basic ion exchanger (8) with a colour indicator bound to this and having its wall at least partially composed of a transparent material, is disposed in the area of the outlet opening (4) of the tube (1). n<IMAGE> |
