abstract	The present invention pertains to a composition of matter and nto a method of using the composition to produce foamed plastics, nwherein a major, auxiliary source of blowing agent for the foam is nthe decomposition of dialkyl dicarbonates. The dialkyl ndicarbonates can be decomposed over temperatures ranging from about n10°C to about 45°C when used in combination with particular ntertiary amine decomposition catalysts.
