titleOfInvention Mouse monoclonal antibodies raised to the t-cell line hsb-2 and t-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (t-cll) cells react with normal human t and b lymphocytes and monocytes
abstract The present invention relates to two monoclonal antibodies which react widely with all normal monocytes and normal T and B lymphocytes in peripheral human blood, as well as to hybridoma cell lines producing these monoclonal antibodies. These monoclonal antibodies are called WM-66 and WM-63 and the respective hybridoma cell lines are called F56-2D7 (ECAC 88101104) and F56-4D6 (ECACC 88101103). These monoclonal antibodies both react with a previously unrecognized human leukocyte differentiation antigen. The relative molecular mass of the antigen called WM-66 is approximately 65 kilodaltons.
