abstract Concentration of the tumor-associated antigen selected from the group consisting of CA15-3, CA125, CA72-4, CA54/61, CA602, CA19-9, TPA, MCA, MSA, and ATM-1 in the nipple discharge is assayed by means of an antigen-antibody reaction using an antibody and/or a fragment thereof against said tumor-associated antigen, and said antigen-antibody reaction is effected on a sheet-form solid phase. n The assay of the concentration of the tumor-associated antigen in the nipple discharge is effected by use of a device comprising a sheet-form solid phase having at least one reaction area defined thereon for an antigen-antibody reaction between an antibody and the tumor-associated antigen in the nipple discharge.
