titleOfInvention Method for purifying vitamin K-dependent blood clotting factors
abstract One method of at least partially separating vitamin K dependent blood clotting factors from a mixture containing at least one of these factors, such as a prothrombin complex concentrate, is to perform the adsorption of said mixture on a chelate of a polyvalent metal immobilized on an inert support, such as chelation sepharose activated by Cu2 + followed by an elution intended to allow the production of one or more fractions enriched with respect to one of these factors.
