abstract | The invention relates to a kit for determination of the endogenous cell enzymes characteristic of a cell population or subpopulation, comprising, as components: a) a solid support to which one or more monoclonal antibodies directed towards surface antigens of the cell population to be determined are bound by covalent bonding or by physical adsorption; b) one or more solutions supplying the necessary reagents (substrate and chromogen) for visualising the activity of the endogenous enzyme to be determined. The invention also relates to a method for enzymatic determination of the endogenous enzymes of a cell population or subpopulation. The kit for determination and the enzymatic method according to the invention may be used for the determination of myeloperoxidase in the granulocytes in the blood or urine. |
