abstract The invention relates to N-substituted lactam derivatives which can be used as activators and comonomers in the activated anionic polymerization of lactams. These compounds are stable, non-toxic, easy to dose, increase the rate of polymerization and result in the receipt of a product with better physical-mechanical properties. The homo- and copolyamides obtained are used in mechanical engineering, in rail transport, in agriculture, in the light and in the food industry.
