titleOfInvention Highly stable tyre sidewalls, and method of manufacturing the same
abstract 2.1 The object of the invention is to develop sidewalls of tires which are characterized by increased long-term stability in addition to optimal elastic and mechanical properties.n n n 2.2 It has been found that this is possible with tire sidewalls whose rubber components are polydiene rubbers cross-linked with 1,2-dithioalkanediyl bridges.n n n 2.3 In particular motor vehicle tires are advantageously equipped with the new side walls.
