abstract | 2.1 Random copolymers are known from the prior art. However, they still have severe disadvantages. The grip of tyre treads produced therefrom is inadequate, and these systems also have excessive wear. A further disadvantage is the slow vulcanisation of these copolymers. n<??>2.2 Tyre treads made from the random AB block copolymers according to the invention have high wet grip and constant good wear, good dynamic properties and rapid vulcanisation. n<??>2.3 The block copolymers according to the invention are suitable for the production of treads for car and lorry tyres, both for the production of new tyres and for remoulding of used tyres. |
