titleOfInvention | Vinyl chloride-based resin composition of low malodour |
abstract | A polyvinyl chloride resin composition which is highly heat-resistant as a result of compounding with an organic tin mercaptide compound as a heat stabilizer is still free from the problem of the unpleasant odour emitted by the mercaptide compound as a result of compounding a specific deodorizing agent therewith, so that the composition is suitable as a moulding resin composition for food containers. The deodorizing agent is a diterpenic acid such as abietic acid or a rosin, which latter is a crude mixture of several kinds of diterpenic acids obtained as a natural product. |
