abstract | Compositions comprising mixtures of compounds of formula (I) where X represents CH3 or OCH3, Y represents OCH3 and Z is nitrogen or CH, provided that when Z is CH, X is then OCH3 and when Z is nitrogen , X is then CH3, with compounds chosen from 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, methyl bensulfurone, thiobencarb, dimepiperate, esprocarb or dymrone. The invention also relates to a method for preventing the growth of undesirable plants in rice crops by subjecting them, after transplantation or appearance of the plants, to an effective amount of a compound of formula (I), alone or in combination with other herbicides. |
