abstract a) R 30 + R 31 zusammen = OH oder b) R 30 = Rest einer neutralen, genetisch kodierbaren L-Aminosäure und R 31 = OH oder neine physiologisch unbedenkliche organische Gruppe basischen Charakters mit bis zu 50 C-Atomen, an deren Aufbau 0 bis 3 α-Aminosäuren beteiligt sind und deren gegebenenfalls vorhandene endständige Carboxylfunktion frei, als Esterfunktion, als Amidfunktion, als Lacton oder zu CH 2 0H reduziert vorliegen kann, mit Ausnahme des Falles, in welchem gleichzeitig R 30 = Ala, R 31 = OH sowie die A- und B-Kette die Sequenzen des Rinderinsulins sind, nsowie deren physiologisch verträglichen Salze werden nach verschiedenen Verfahren erhalten.New - based on the basic amino acid arginine in the AO position - basic modified insulin derivatives of formula 11 in softer a) R 30 + R 31 together = OH or b) R 30 = residue of a neutral, genetically encodable L-amino acid and R 31 = OH or a physiologically harmless organic group of basic character with up to 50 carbon atoms, in whose construction 0 to 3 α-amino acids are involved and the terminal carboxyl function which may be present, may be present freely, as an ester function, as an amide function, as a lactone or reduced to CH 2 0H , with the exception of the case in which R 30 = Ala, R 31 = OH and the A and B chains are simultaneously the sequences of bovine insulin, and their physiologically tolerable salts are obtained by various methods. n n n The compounds are suitable for the treatment of diabetes mellitus, have a delayed activity profile and are very well tolerated.
