abstract New laminates consist of high hydroxyl group-containing transparent polymers as the core layer and one or both sides of the adhesive layers, which are non-tacky under normal conditions and which can take up a cover layer, with thermoplastic polyurethane-polyureas of largely linear molecular structure with exclusively aliphatic or cycloaliphatic bound urethane and urea segments a content of urea groups -NH-CO-NH- from 1 to 20% by weight and a content of pendant carboxyl groups -COOH which are directly connected to the main chain of the molecule from 0.001 to% by weight.
