A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic, which ncomprises a specific emulsifier mixture, an oily base ncontaining a silicone oil and water and has a viscosity of n20,000 cps or below at 25°C is disclosed. The water-in-oil ntype emulsion cosmetic of the present invention imparts a good nfeel to the skin during use, is safe to use and has a high nstorage stability, which makes it widely applicable for use in, nfor example, milky lotions, body-care lotions and liquid-type nfoundations. |
