abstract Triacylated ethanolamines of the formula (RCO) (R₁CO) N- (CH₂) ₂-OCOR₂ wherein R, R₁ and R₂ are the same or different and are alkyl, alkenyl or aryl groups and the sum of all carbon atoms in the molecule is 8 to 14, are liquid and miscible with water. Because of these properties, they are well suited as peroxide activators in liquid detergents and cleaning agents.
