abstract | The framework is ethene polymerization by Phillips catalysis using (1) a supported catalyst which is loaded with chromium, phosphorus and aluminum, and (2) a cocatalyst from lithium alkyl, where (1) has been obtained by (1.1) a with chromium , Phosphorus and aluminum-loaded catalyst precursor is produced from a silicate carrier, a selected chromium compound, a selected phosphorus compound and a selected aluminum compound, and then (1.2) the catalyst precursor is heated in an oxygen-containing gas stream. It is characteristic that one uses (1) one that has been obtained by - first in each case in the type and manner - (1.1) first (1.1.1) from (1.1.1.1) a finely divided one silicate carrier and (1.1.1.2) an inert organic solvent produces a suspension, (1.1.2) then (1.1.2.1) in an inert organic solvent (1.1.2.2) combines an organic chromium compound with (1.1.2.3) an aluminum trialkyl, (1.1.3) then (1.1.3.1) combines the suspension resulting from (1.1.1) with (1.1.3.2) a phosphoric acid or phosphoric acid ester and (1.1.3.3) the product obtained from (1.1.2), ( 1.1.4) finally evaporate the suspension obtained in (1.1.3) to dryness, and then (1.2) secondly (1.2.1) first treats the preliminary product obtained from (1.1) with a stream of nitrogen, then (1.2.2) the intermediate product obtained from (1.2.1) is heated in an oxygen-containing gas stream, and (1 .2.3) the intermediate product obtained from (1.2.2) is treated with a nitrogen stream and finally (1.3) the product obtained from (1.2.3) is suspended in (1.3.1) in an organic solvent and then (1.3.2) with a boron alkyl implemented and used as (2) a lithium alkyl. |
