The invention concerns the use of copolymers containing amino groups in aqueous, water-soluble solutions as temporary coatings in paint spray booths. The compositions are obtained by the copolymerization of (a) 15-90 % by wt. of a nitrogen-free monomer, or several such monomers, with an olefinic double bond and (b) 85-10 % by wt. of a linearly polymerizable monomer containing at least one tertiary amino group, or several such monomers, diallylamine, 2-vinylpyridine and/or 4-vinylpyridin, whereby the amino groups in the copolymers may by completely or partly neutralized or quarternized. |
