abstract |
An expression enhancer has a DNA sequence capable of forming a t-RNA cloverleaf structure after transcription and hybridizes in the region of the DNA which forms the anticodon loop after transcription in the cloverleaf structure with an oligonucleotide of the sequence 5′-GACTTAGAAGGTCGTT-3 'Or the complementary sequence (5'-AACGACCTTCTAAGTC-3'). It can be used to increase the yield when expressing a recombinant gene by transforming suitable host cells with an expression vector containing the recombinant gene by also introducing and expressing it in the host cells in an expressible form. |
