abstract |
The synthesis and use of neoglycoproteins is described. Monosialolactose and disialolactose are isolated from cow colostrum and coupled to human serum albumin (HSA) as the carrier protein using a coupling reagent. These neoglycoproteins are suitable as vaccines and also as ligands for the localization and therapy of lectin-expressing tumor tissues. |
