Device for measuring the sedimentation speed of blood particles |
abstract |
A device for measuring the blood cell lowering rate (BSG) of a blood sample (2) that has been rendered unclinnable provides for the use of a withdrawal syringe (1). To create a closed system, the countersink tube (9) also forms the syringe piston rod of this withdrawal syringe (1). The counterbore tube (9) is surrounded in the non-readable area by a sleeve (11), which is closed at its lower end by a molded projection which has a central opening (14). The counterbore tube (9) can be inserted into the sleeve (11) up to this approach. In order to prevent the blood sample (2) from flowing out during the measurement, a closure element is assigned to the opening (14). |
