Easily curable photoresist |
abstract |
A radiation-crosslinkable lacquer based on furanacrylic acid residues containing the epoxy resin is specified, which contains a low molecular weight alcohol, at least partly esterified with furanacrylic acid, a thermolabile initiator suitable as a radical initiator, and optionally other additives and fillers customary for photoresists. The new paint combines the advantages of thermal and radiation-crosslinkable paints and opens up new areas of application by combining the two curing processes. In combination with fillers in particular, the new paint can serve as a covering or sealing paint for electronic components. |
