Heterocyclically substituted alkoxycoumarins of the formula in the R¹ and R² independently of one another are hydrogen, C₁ to C₅ alkyl, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, halogen or together represent a C₃ to C₅ alkylene chain; further R³ is C₁ to C₅ alkyl or halogen; n is an integer from 0 to 3; R⁴ is hydrogen or C₁ to C₄ alkyl and Het represents one of the following heterocycles: with the following meanings for the symbols used: X oxygen or sulfur; R⁵ optionally C₁-C₄-alkoxy-substituted C₁-C₁₀-alkyl, 5-6-membered oxacycloalkyl, C₃-C₇-cycloalkyl, benzyl, a phenyl radical optionally substituted by halogen or NO₂, a pyridine ring, C₁-C₅-alkoxycarbonyl, perfluoroC₁-C₂- alkyl; R⁶ C₁-C₅ alkyl, C₁-C₅ alkoxy; R⁷ C₁-C₅ alkyl, an optionally halogen-substituted benzyl radical, halogen; m 0 to 2; R⁸ C₁-C₅ alkyl, C₃-C₆ cycloalkyl, benzyl, phenyl; R⁹ is hydrogen, C₁-C₅ alkyl; R¹⁰ C₁-C₅ alkyl, C₁-C₆ cycloalkyl; R¹¹ is C₁-C₅ alkyl; R¹² is hydrogen, C₁-C₅ alkyl, C₃-C₆ cycloalkyl; R¹³ C₁-C₅ alkyl, halogen, p = 0 to 2; R¹⁴ C₁-C₅ alkyl, q = 0 or 1; R¹⁵, R¹⁶ are hydrogen, C₁-C₅ alkyl, benzyl; R¹⁷ is hydrogen, C₁-C₅ alkyl; R¹⁸ C₁-C₅ alkyl with the proviso that R⁵ is not phenyl when X is oxygen, R¹ is methyl and R² to R⁴ are hydrogen, processes for their preparation and medicaments made therefrom. |
