abstract |
A method for the search and identification of erythrocytic antibodies using the solid phase method, in which erythrocytes with selected antigenic patterns are brought into contact with the sera or plasmas to be tested for antibodies and coated with the aid of an anti-human globulin reagent Carrier transmits, in which not only erythrocytic antibodies of the IgG type are found or erythrocytes are recognized which are loaded with IgG, but also antibodies of the type IgM or IgA are found or erythrocytes are recognized which are loaded with complement by using polyspecific anti-human globulin to transmit the search or identification cells or the autologous cells in car controls and by using a carrier whose coating consists of Protein A or Protein G. |
