abstract |
A preparation of recombinant p-t-PA expressed in prokaryotes has an active p-t-PA content of more than 90% and a specific activity of more than 0.4 x 10⁶ IU / mg. To prepare such a preparation of recombinant p-t-PA expressed in prokaryotes by disrupting the expressing prokaryote cells, solubilizing under denaturing and reducing conditions and reactivating under oxidizing conditions, the reactivation mixture is concentrated and then purified by affinity chromatography. A p-t-PA preparation according to the invention can be used to dissolve blood clots. |
