titleOfInvention | METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INTRAUTER FERTILIZATION. |
abstract | The fertilization process comprises the following steps: a) a container (15) is provided which is capable of allowing its introduction and its accommodation in the uterine cavity of the mammal; b) the container (15) is filled with a culture medium of at least one oocyte from the mammal and from the spermatozoa; c) inserting this filled container (15) into the uterine cavity; d) it is left for a determined period to obtain fertilization of the oocyte (s) in the container (15); e) the contents of the container (15) are allowed to escape into the uterine cavity. The container can be manufactured using a tube of biodegradable or non-biodegradable material. In the latter case, it is associated with a holding device. A biodegradable container (15) filled with gametes and culture medium is placed in the uterine cavity by an implantation device (20) which is then immediately withdrawn from the genital tract of the mammal. |
